BEYOND
PACKAGING

Q: If you don't own a press, aren't you just a middleman with a markup?

A middleman passes your job along. We specify it, source it, prototype it, inspect it and deliver it, and we own the outcome. Because we buy across a network of plants, your job runs where it runs best, which usually costs less than a printer filling its own schedule.

Q: What's the smallest job you take on?

Some clients start with a single label run, some start with a full store rollout. If you're not sure your job is big enough, ask. We'll tell you straight.

Q: How fast can you turn a project around?

It depends on the category and quantity. Most programs run 2 to 6 weeks from approved brief to delivery. Tell us your date on the first call and we'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic.

Q: Can you work with our designer or existing artwork?

Yes. We can build from your files, work alongside your agency, or handle design ourselves. Either way, every file gets checked against the dieline and the retailer's spec before anything goes to press.

Q: Do you meet big box retailer requirements?

Yes. Retail compliance is where most of our work starts. We build to the retailer's spec and routing guide, then kit, label and palletize to their receiving requirements.

Q: Do you only work with Michigan brands?

No. We're based in Grand Rapids and ship finished product into all states & internationally.

Q: What happens if something goes wrong?

You hear about it from us first, from the same person who has owned your project since day one. We fix it before it becomes your problem.

Q: What should I have ready before we talk?

Just the basics: what you're launching, where it's going and when it has to be there. Specs are welcome but not required.

We take away your retail headaches so you can focus on growing your business.

More than a supplier. A competitive advantage.

Great retail execution takes more than great products. We combine retail expertise, trusted partnerships, and hands-on project management to bring every element together. Saving you time, reducing complexity, and keeping your brand consistent.

01.

We Know Retail

One number to call

From displays to packaging, to point of sale materials, we can handle it all, making sure that your brand stays consistent and we save you both time and money.

03.

The Right Resources for Every Project

04.

Consistency across every touchpoint

Retail comes first

Every decision starts with the retailer requirement, the shelf, and the launch date. The spec follows from that.

One number to call

A carton, a label, a display and a booth is four vendors and four schedules. When they don't match, none of them is wrong and none of them will fix it. We own all four.

The Right Resources for Every Project

We match each project to the right partners, materials and processes for your product, budget and timeline, not to whatever one factory happens to run.

Consistency across every touchpoint

Packaging, displays, labels and print that look and perform like one brand, from the shelf to the stockroom, launch after launch.

I had placed an order for some softball jerseys and it went great. They made the ordering process for us super easy. I had asked a million questions and received a helpful and prompt response every single time. I cannot say enough good things about working with RCI. And I will add that the jerseys turned out amazing and the quality of them is great.
